These terms apply to everyone who visits makimaaichat.com. Using the site means you accept them; if you don't, please leave.
1. Age requirement
This site deals with adult roleplay themes. You must be 18 or older, and at least the age of majority for adult content in your country, to use it.
2. Nature of the site
Makima AI Chat is an informational fan page about Makima from Chainsaw Man with links to AI character bots hosted on SpicyChat and GirlfriendGPT. We operate no chatbot, host no conversations and publish no official Chainsaw Man material.
3. Fiction only
Anything written here in Makima's voice, and anything an AI bot says to you, is fiction. A language model playing a character is not Makima and not a person. Treat nothing it says as professional, medical, legal or personal advice.
4. SpicyChat, GirlfriendGPT and their bots
The bots are created by independent SpicyChat users and run entirely on SpicyChat. Your account, your chats and any purchase are governed by SpicyChat's terms, not ours, and we have no control over what a bot generates. Please report a bot that breaks the rules to SpicyChat, and tell us too so we can drop the link. Picture links go to GirlfriendGPT, and the same applies there under GirlfriendGPT's own terms.
5. Intellectual property
Makima, Chainsaw Man and all related characters and names are the property of Tatsuki Fujimoto, Shueisha and MAPPA, and appear here only to identify what the bots portray. The site's own writing, design and AI-generated artwork may not be republished in bulk. Rights holders can find takedown steps on the Fan Content and Copyright page.
6. Disclaimer and liability
We work to keep facts correct and links live, but the site comes without warranties of any kind. SpicyChat or GirlfriendGPT may change bots, features or prices at any time. As far as the law permits, we accept no liability for damage arising from your use of this site or of services reached through it.
7. Revisions
These terms may be revised as the site evolves. The date above marks the current version, and using the site after a revision counts as accepting it.
